Jordan Orders
Try-On at Delivery
For orders delivered inside Jordan, you may try the piece while the delivery representative is waiting.

If you love it → you pay

If you don’t → you may return it on the spot

No pressure, no obligation to keep the item
Exchanges & Store Credit (Jordan)
After receiving your order:

You may request an exchange or store credit within 24 hours of delivery.

Items must be:

unworn and unused
-
in their original condition
-
with tags attached
-
in original packaging
-
accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds (Jordan)
We do not offer cash refunds for Jordan orders.
Cash refunds are issued only in the following cases:

Item arrived damaged

Item is defective

Incorrect item was sent

Exchanges & Store Credit (International)
For international orders:

You may request an exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be:

unworn and unused

in their original condition

with tags attached
-
in original packaging

accompanied by proof of purchase

Approved returns must be shipped back to:
Marj Al Hamam, Amman, Jordan

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

International duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds (International)
We do not offer cash refunds for international orders.
Cash refunds are issued only in the following cases:
