Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy

We want you to love your Lam by Layan pieces.
Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.


Jordan Orders

Try-On at Delivery

For orders delivered inside Jordan, you may try the piece while the delivery representative is waiting.

  • If you love it → you pay

  • If you don’t → you may return it on the spot

  • No pressure, no obligation to keep the item


Exchanges & Store Credit (Jordan)

After receiving your order:

  • You may request an exchange or store credit within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • unworn and unused

    • in their original condition

    • with tags attached

    • in original packaging

    • accompanied by proof of purchase


Refunds (Jordan)

We do not offer cash refunds for Jordan orders.

Cash refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Item arrived damaged

  • Item is defective

  • Incorrect item was sent


🌍 International Orders

Exchanges & Store Credit (International)

For international orders:

  • You may request an exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • unworn and unused

    • in their original condition

    • with tags attached

    • in original packaging

    • accompanied by proof of purchase

Approved returns must be shipped back to:

Marj Al Hamam, Amman, Jordan

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • International duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable


Refunds (International)

We do not offer cash refunds for international orders.

Cash refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Item arrived damaged

  • Item is defective

  • Incorrect item was sent

In these cases, customers may choose between:

  • A replacement item

  • Store credit

  • A refund to the original payment method


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at
info@lambylayan.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • worn or used items

  • sale items

  • gift cards


Return Requests & Approval

All return or exchange requests must be submitted before sending any items back.

Final Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy conditions.

  • Store credit is issued as a digital balance that can be used on future purchases.

  • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
